Housebound and care home vaccinations

One of our Community Matron’s and our Trainee Nursing Associate have been vaccinating all housebound and care home patients from four of our surgeries:
An estimated 1,300 patients will receive the vaccine because of the PCN support. This is a true highlight of the amazing work being carried out across the PCN through the collaboration of Practice and PCN staff.
