New Community Matron – Gill Hurst

We have a new Community Matron, Gill, who has joined the PCN in May as our third Community Matron.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience, she is an incredible asset to the Community Matron team. With the team now at full capacity, we can offer more support to patients and Practices than ever before.

“Prior to joining the team, I worked in secondary care as a Specialist Nurse in Diabetes and Obesity services. Previously, I had worked in the community within the District Nursing Team in North Villages, and I have also worked in a higher education setting as a Senior Lecturer in nursing.” – Gill, PCN Community Matron.

From everyone at the PCN, we look forward to working with you and hope you are settling in well!
