Throughout all sectors of the NHS, clinical and non-clinical staff have received an increasing amount of abuse from patients. Our NHS staff work tirelessly to provide care and support to patients every day, and they deserve to do so in a safe and respectful environment.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse, harassment, or violence towards our team. Any patients seen to be behaving abusively towards our staff may be removed from our patient lists.
